Low Income Services
College Bound Funding for low-income students.
A nonprofit organization
College Bound Funding is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization
which:
- Assists all college bound families with specific
knowledge for their family regarding their individual cost
of college. This is accomplished by sponsoring over 30
free workshops per year and conducting over 350
free
college needs analyses for individual families who
schedule them. This is the first vital step for all families
planning for college.
- Raises money to assist qualified low-income students
with professional college planning which dramatically
increases their college award money.
- Identifies and assists qualified low-income students
through the four-step system with the available funding.
During its second year of activity, College Bound Funding
sponsored over 30
free
college workshops, conducted over 600 free hours of
college
needs analyses for individual families, and assisted
low-income students to over one million dollars in college award
money.
For every donated dollar, College Bound Funding helped
families secure over $50 in college award money.
Donors will be featured in press releases showing the results
of their generosity. For instance, if a business donated
$20,000, they would be able to inform the community that they
helped low-income students in their area secure over one million
dollars in college award money.
Potential donors can call us at 503-291-1137 for additional
information.
